Nevertheless, he was working at a Vancouver salon, where his 1999 hairdressing certificate was proudly displayed. An inspector from the association examined the certificate and alleges it’s a fake. So is a 2000 certificate Vong later produced.The association has applied to the B.C. Supreme Court for an injunction to stop Vong from working as a hairdresser until he passes the written exam.
