Managers asked to do more, but not getting enough support

ver the past three years, managers at Pfizer’s manufacturing facility in Arnprior, just west of Ottawa, have been asked to do much more than they used to, says Laura Dallas, manager of HR.

“There is a lot more emphasis on the bottom line for middle mangers than there has been in the past,” she says.
