Aussies love Gen X bosses

Work-life balance and people skills among generation's attributes

The majority of Australian workers rank Generation X bosses as the best, according to a recent survey.

The survey of 2,000 workers found 67 per cent cited bosses born between 1961 and 1981 as being more confident leaders, fans of flexible workplaces and adept at using technology to improve business.

The survey by Australian recruitment firm Talent2 also found that 37 per cent of respondents think the Australian workplace is changing for the better because of Generation X managers.
