Employers know all the right things to say — work-life balance is key, training and development is important, employees are recognized for their hard work. But which employers actually live up to the hype?

The results of the second annual Walk the Talk survey by career marketing firm Market Yourself Smarter in Toronto, reveal which employers keep their promises.

Employees cited “uniform treatment of employees at all levels,” “inclusiveness” and “respect” among the most important employer behaviors when it comes to walking the talk.
