A former housekeeping employee at Grace General Hospital in Winnipeg, who was out on bail after being accused of e-mailing a threatening video to his co-workers in September, has been arrested for allegedly threatening ex co-workers at another city hospital.

Guy Harry Shelemy is facing new charges of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and failing to comply with conditions of a recognizance, according to police.

He was already charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, two counts of careless use of a firearm, weapon or ammunition, and mischief enjoyment of property.
