Event Description:
Participants will:
• build confidence in applying Step II in organizational and individual settings;
• learn methods and activities for individual and group interpretation;
• support individual development in career counselling and executive coaching;
• provide greater insight and help to clarify type preferences;
• earn 10 recertification points from the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) for the CHRP designation (www.hrpa.ca);
• earn 7.5 continuing education credits from the Canadian Counselling Association (CCA). (www.ccacc.ca);
• earn 7.5 Professional Development credits from the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA). (www.cpca-rpc.ca)
Requirements Prerequisites: Qualified to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI Certification or Qualification program); or completed a course in the interpretation of test at an accredited university or college.
Accreditation: MBTI Step II Certified
