Join us as the Canadian Human Rights Commission partners with Canadian HR Reporter to bring you the information employers and HR professionals need to know on the Duty to Accommodate.
We will look at what the duty to accommodate means. Important concepts such as bona fide justification, bona fide occupational requirements, and undue hardship will be examined. We will also provide an overview of policies and practices required in accommodation and the roles and responsibilities of those involved.
The presentation will be followed by an opportunity for questions.
