At this 3 day workshop you will learn how to succeed in negotiations. You want good results in your negotiations but you don’t want to fall into the destructive patterns that can damage relationships. You need to make your negotiations effective by figuring out what motivates the other side and knowing when to put an offer on the table. You need the skills to protect yourself from having others take advantage of you. This workshop will provide you with these skills. The workshop involves six case studies, thought-provoking discussions, small group exercises, lectures, and a video. There are experienced coaches who supervise some of the case studies. The workshop qualifies for 30 CHRP recertification points by HRPA (you also complete the online negotiation component, which provides you with an additional 10 CHRP recertification points). Each participant will receive a certificate from the University of Windsor Law School, upon completion.
