The Prince Edward Island government has set up a panel to review the province's <i>Employment Standards Act</i> and accompanying regulations, as well as the <i>Youth Employment Act</i>.
It is the first review of the the legislation in more than a decade. The review, which includes public consultations, will focus on a number of areas of employment standards.
