BMO Financial, SAP Canada and Teck Resources are among 40 employers that make up Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures, according to Waterstone Human Capital.

The program recognizes best-in-class Canadian organizations and CEOs for embracing cultures that enhance performance and sustain a competitive advantage.

“We believe corporate culture drives performance and that it’s an organization’s greatest asset,” says Marty Parker, president and CEO of Waterstone Human Capital and chair of the Canada’s Most Admired Awards Program. “Culture isn’t just about receiving additional work perks. It’s about a well-defined set of behaviours, or the values that govern them, that are reinforced, communicated and aligned throughout the organization.”

Ten organizations and four CEOs were recognized as national winners in the categories of: Growth, Mid-Market, Enterprise and the Broader Public Sector. A fifth CEO was recognized for Transformational Leadership.
