The recently formed Human Resources Professionals of Newfoundland and Labrador (HRPNL) celebrated its first anniversary by bestowing national Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designations to members passing the national exams.
Lisa Hollett, human resources manager with Labatt Breweries, and Elizabeth Whitten, manager of human resources with Fortis Properties, received the highest provincial scores in their individual national exam categories to become the association’s newest CHRP recipients.
“The HRPNL organization, newly formed in February 2004, is proud of the achievement of its newest CHRP designates and also of those who are successfully on their way to reaching this nationally recognized human resources designation.” says Joe Bouzanne, HRPNL president. “Their success reflects the high level of expertise and talents of HRPNL members across the province who are on par with their national colleagues.”
