Employer and employee both at fault for failure of accommodation

Prison didn't do all it could to accommodate officer's pregnancy but employee didn't try very hard either

A Quebec prison didn’t do enough to accommodate a pregnant employee but the employee also didn’t live up to her obligations, the Canadian Public Service Labour Relations Board has ruled.
