Provincewide, Saskatchewan (190 technicians, administrative, sales employees) and the Access Communications Employees Association (ACEA)

Renewal agreement: Effective May 1, 2017, to April 30, 2020. Signed on Aug. 15, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective June 1, 2017: 2.25%
Effective June 1, 2018: 2.25%
Effective June 1, 2019: 2.25%
Shift premium: $1.54 per hour (previously $1.51 per hour) for hours worked between midnight and 6 a.m. Effective June 1, 2019: $1.57 per hour.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks to start, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 20 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 75 hours per 2-week period. May be banked, maximum 37.5 hours. 
Meal allowance: $8.50 for work after more than 2 hours beyond scheduled shift with a receipt, $5 without receipt. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 82.5% of premiums, employee pays 17.5% of premiums (previously employer pays 85% of premiums, employee pays 15% of premiums). Effective June 1, 2019: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums. Health and wellness program: Maximum $200 every 2 years.
Sick leave: 9.375 hours (1.25 days) after each month of employment, maximum of 112.5 hours (15 days) at any given time. 
Pension: After 1 year of service, employees are required to participate in company pension plan. Employees may contribute between 2% and 6% of wages and employer matches contribution. After 15 years of service, employee may contribute maximum 7% of wages and employer matches contribution. Employer will also provide payroll deduction services to allow staff to contribute to registered retirement savings plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of parent, spouse, child. 3 days for death of parent-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparent, grandparent-in-law, grandchild. Additional 2 days for travel out of province, if required. 
Seniority – recall rights: 3 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours’ pay at 2-times employee’s regular hourly rate. May be banked, maximum 37.5 hours. 
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Safety shoes: $200 for CSA-approved, steel-toed rubber boots every 2 years. 
Mileage: $0.42 per kilometre, minimum $5 paid, for any day employee-owned vehicle is used on pre-approved employer business.

As well, employees will be entitled to residential internet services offered by company at 65% discount from regular billing fee. Standby pay: Employer will pay employee on standby 1½ hours of regular hourly rate. Employee is required to wear pager or carry cellphone or two-way radio. Overnight travel: When employee is travelling for business or training purposes which results in overnight stay, employee is eligible for per diems: $10 for breakfast; $12.75 for lunch (previously $12); $20 for dinner. $10.60 (previously $10) per diem per overnight stay for incidental costs.
