Renewal agreement: Effective June 29, 2016, to June 28, 2019. Signed on June 29, 2016.
Shift premium: Northern allowance (Wabush): $4 per hour. Quarterly premium bonus of $1 per hour will be paid January, April, July, October. Working supervisors: $5.25 per hour effective date of ratification; $5.50 per hour effective 12 months after ratification; $5.75 per hour effective 24 months after ratification. Leads: $2 per hour.
Paid holidays: 9 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked on scheduled day off, double time after 8 hours. 
Meal allowance: $11.50 per hour for working 2 hours of overtime.
Dental: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50%. 80% basic coverage, maximum $1,000 per person per year, except orthodontic, endodontics, periodontic, prosthodontics.
Sick leave: 60 hours per year, maximum 100 hours can be banked. Unused leave will be paid in January.
LTD: Waiting period of 126 days, 2/3% of the first $2,250 of salary, plus 30% of the next $3,500, plus 44% of the remainder, maximum $4,000 per month.
AD&D: Coverage of 200% annual earnings, maximum $25,000.
Life insurance: Coverage of 200% annual earnings, maximum $25,000.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (parent, spouse, common-law spouse, child, brother, sister, father, mother of spouse, grandparents, grandchildren). 1 day for death of sister-in-law, brother-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: 2 years. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 180 days. 
Safety shoes: $175 per year.
Uniforms/clothing: Ramp employees: 3 pants, 3 shirts, 2 coveralls, 1 rain suit as needed. 1 winter jacket, 1 pair of bibs every 2 years. 3 pairs gloves (winter, summer) per year. Customer service agents (Wabush only): 1 blazer, 1 skirt, 2 pants, 6 blouses/shirts (long or short sleeve), 1 tie/scarf, 1 belt, 1 pair lined-gloves, 1 winter overcoat (replacement every 2 years). Customer service agents (Deer Lake, Sydney): 3 blouses per year. 1 blazer, 2 pants, scarf, overcoat every 2 years. $25 for dry cleaning.

Customer service agents (full- and part-time):
0 to 6 months: $11.85
7 to 12 months: $12.10

Editor’s notes: Travel: Employees required to travel on their regular scheduled day off for training shall be compensated with 8 hours' pay. Parking: Employer will pay airport parking costs.
