Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 1, 2018, to Aug. 31, 2020. Ratified on Dec. 13, 2018. Signed on March 1, 2019.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Sept. 1, 2018: 2%
Effective Sept. 1, 2019: 2%
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 15 days after 1 year, 20 days after 6 years, 25 days after 12 years, 30 days after 21 years. May be carried forward, maximum 3 weeks, must be used within 3 years of being deferred. 1 long-service bonus holiday week will be granted after 10 years of service and 1 after each 5 additional years of service. Week is to be taken within 2 years of becoming entitled to it.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 7 hours per day or 35 hours per week. Double time for all work on Sundays, statutory holidays. May be taken as time off in lieu, no later than 6 months after it was worked or it will be paid out. 
Meal allowance: $20 if employer has not supplied a meal for more than 2 hours of overtime. Will be paid for more than 3 hours of overtime on Saturday, Sunday, statutory holiday.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for ASEBP Extended Health Care, Plan 1. Employer will provide $1,450 per year for each employee, already participating in core benefit plan, to ASEBP Health and Wellness Spending Accounts.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums for ASEBP Dental Care, Plan 3.

Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums for ASEBP Vision and Hearing Aids, Plan 3.
Sick leave: 20 days per year. Unused portion at end of year is carried over until maximum 180 days is reached.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for ASEBP Life Insurance and AD&D, Plan 2.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for ASEBP Life Insurance and AD&D, Plan 2.
Pension: Alberta Teachers’ Retirement Fund.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, child, sibling, parent, parent-in-law, grandchild, sister/brother-in-law, grandparent, grandparent-in-law, guardian, those who act as parents or guardians. Additional 2 days for round-trip travel of 900 or more kilometres. 1 additional day for travel overseas. 
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. 
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Severance: 1 month’s salary for each year of service, maximum 12 months’ salary.
