Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2016, to March 31, 2018. Signed on April 1, 2016.
Shift premium: $1 per hour for team-leader premium for nurse practitioner. $2 per hour for lead position.
Paid holidays: 11 days, plus 3 additional floater holidays, plus June 21 for National Aboriginal Day.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 2 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 3 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 5 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 10 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 44 hours per week.
Sick leave: 1 day every 30 days, maximum 14 days per year. May be accumulated, maximum 45 days.
Pension: Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan. Employer will contribute maximum 3% to RSP.
Bereavement leave: 4 days for death of spouse, child, stepchild, parent, grandparent, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandchild, stepparent. 2 days for death of niece, nephew, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months.
Probationary period: 6 months.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
