Renewal agreement: Effective Aug. 1, 2016, to July 31, 2021. Signed on July 13, 2016.
Shift premium: Turn premium: $0.60 per hour (previously $0.55 per hour) for hours worked on regularly scheduled second turn (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.); $0.70 per hour (previously $0.65 per hour) for hours worked on regularly scheduled third turn (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.). $0.85 cents per hour (previously $0.75 per hour) for all hours worked over an interval of 24 hours between 7 a.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday. $1.25 per hour when working Saturday or Sunday and not being paid overtime.
Paid holidays: 9 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 5 days to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 22 years, 7 weeks after 30 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after standard day or standard week. 
Meal allowance: Overtime meal allowance is $9.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of costs.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of costs.
Vision: Employer pays 100% of costs.
Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of costs.
LTD: Employer pays 100% of costs.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of costs.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of costs.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (spouse, son, daughter, father, mother, stepmother, stepfather, stepson, stepdaughter). 3 days for death in extended family (brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandson, granddaughter, grandfather, grandmother, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law).
Seniority – recall rights: Less than 2 years’ service: 24 months; 2 years’ service: 30 months; 3 years’ service: 36 months; 4 years’ service: 42 months; 5 or more years’ service: 48 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 3 months. 
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay per year of service, maximum 52 weeks.
Safety shoes: Employer will pay for 100% of cost of safety boots with metatarsal protectors. When work is required in damp areas such as oil temper and cleaning line, employer will pay 100% of cost of any subsequent pair of boots or shoes in 12-month period.
Tool allowance: Company will pay 50% of cost of tool broken in normal duties by trade and craft or assigned maintenance employee when cost equals or exceeds $200 and where cost of broken tool exceeds $10 up to total annual cost of $150.
