Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 1, 2016, to Jan. 31, 2021. Signed on Aug. 16, 2016.
Shift premium: $0.65 per hour for all work between noon and 5:59 p.m. $0.50 per hour for all work between 8 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. Effective Feb. 1, 2018: both premiums increase by $0.10 per hour. $1.50 per hour for approved training instructors. Effective Feb. 1, 2018: premium will increase by $0.25. $1.25 per hour for facility employees who possess valid automotive or heavy-duty diesel certificate. Effective Feb. 1, 2018: premium will increase by $0.25. $1.25 per hour for lead hands. $0.60 per hour for any lead who carries pager and is available on call for duty.
Paid holidays: 10 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 10 days to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half. 
Medical benefits: Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan. Cost of the plan: 90 days’ to 2 years’ service: 65% employer, 35% employee; 2 years’ to end of 3 years’ service: 70% employer, 30% employee; 4 years’ to 5 years’ service: 75% employer, 25% employee; 5 years’ to 7 years’ service: 80% employer, 20% employee; ore than 8 years’ service: 85% employer, 15% employee.
Dental: 90% coverage for diagnostic, preventative, restorative services; 60%  coverage for elective procedures, (crowns, bridges, dentures); 50% coverage for orthodontia (certain limitations).
STD: $413 per week to a maximum of 26 weeks.
AD&D: $20,000 coverage.
Life insurance: $20,000 coverage.
Pension: Employer will contribute maximum 3% of employee’s wages to RSP.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (wife (common-law and same-sex), husband (common-law and same-sex), son, stepson, daughter, stepdaughter, father, stepfather, mother, stepmother). 4 days for death in extended family (sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparents, spouse’s grandparents, grandchildren). Additional 5 days if needed for travel.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 120 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months, 18 months for suspensions.
Safety shoes: $125 per year after 1 year of service, $150 per year after 3 years of service.
Uniforms/clothing: Protective clothing will be supplied by employer consisting of raincoats, rain pants and noise suppressor. 2 pairs of leather gloves will be issued in spring for summer use; 2 pairs of leather mitts with liners will be issued in fall for winter use. 7 sets of coveralls will be issued to fuelling/utility and facility personnel. Mutually acceptable winter parka or insulated coveralls will be paid for by employer and replaced every 24 months. Employer will bear cost of dry cleaning parkas/insulated coveralls for use at work, maximum 2 times per year. Employer will supply a spring/fall jacket replaced every 24 months.
Tool allowance: Tool insurance covering fire and theft with maximum $2,000 per facility person, $100 deductible, will be provided by employer.
Mileage: $0.50 per kilometre.

Fuelers FT/PT: $13.47 rising 1 step to $13.72
Maintenance/facility: $16.23 rising 1 step to $16.48
Editor’s notes: Personal safety: Employees will not be discharged or suspended if employee refuses to work in area involving bomb scares or hijackings. If recognized airport authorities decide any area is unsafe, area will be included under this clause.
