Renewal agreement: Effective May 3, 2017, to May 2, 2021. Signed on Nov. 17, 2017.
Shift premium: $0.40 for all hours worked between 4 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. $0.55 per hour for all hours worked between 12:01 a.m. and 8 a.m. Shifts beginning between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. will not be entitled to midnight-shift premium. $1 per hour for fueling employee who produces valid Alberta provincial class 1 drivers’ licence, which includes airbrake endorsement. $0.25 per hour for fueling employee who produces valid Alberta provincial class 3Q drivers’ licence, which includes airbrake endorsement. $1 per hour for all hours worked for facility persons who have completed training in automotive repair, and possess certificate acceptable to employer. Additional $0.25 per hour for each year, up to 3 years, employee completes year of training program. $1.50 per hour for all hours worked for facility persons who have completed training in heavy-duty maintenance. $2.75 for all hours worked as relief supervisor. $2.10 per hour for lead hands. 
Paid holidays: 10 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 10 days to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours or 10 hours per day or 40 hours per week. May be banked, maximum equivalent to 2 weeks’ pay. May be banked and transfer to RRSP, maximum once per year. 
Medical benefits: Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan. Employer, employee share costs of plan: 55% employer, 45% employee after 1 year; 60% employer, 40% employee after 2 years; 65% employer, 35% employee after 4 years; 70% employer, 30% employee after 5 years. Employee pays 100% of costs for provincial medicare.
Pension: Employer will contribute $1.15 per hour to Teamsters Prairie Provinces Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (wife, (common-law, same-sex), husband (common-law, same-sex), son, stepson, daughter, stepdaughter). 4 days for death of father, mother, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparents, spouse’s grandparents, grandchildren. Additional 5 days without pay for travel, if requested. 
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months.
Call-in pay: Minimum of 4 hours of work or minimum of 2 hours of pay at overtime, if employee leaves after completing original work called in for. 
Probationary period: Minimum of 120 days and successful application and receipt of Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC). Maximum time to complete probationary period will be 30 working days after receipt of RAIC or 180 days, whichever comes first. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Safety shoes: $140 per year (previously $130 per year) for approved footwear. Effective 2019: $150 per year. Effective 2021: $160 per year. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide protective clothing such as raincoats, rain pants, noise suppressors. Employer will provide 4 pairs of protective gloves in spring for summer use, 3 pairs of protective gloves with liners in fall for winter use. Once every 2 years, employer will provide: 3 pairs of pants, 5 shirts, 4 sets of coveralls or 5 pairs of pants, 7 shirts and no coveralls, or 7 sets of coveralls. Employer will supply spring-/fall-type jacket replaced every 36 months, winter parka replaced every 24 months. Employer will reimburse employees who purchase insulated coveralls in lieu of winter parka. Employer will bear cost of dry cleaning parkas used at work, maximum 2 times per year.
Tool allowance: Tool insurance covering fire and theft, maximum $5,000 per person with $100 deductible, will be provided by employer.
Mileage: $0.45, including GST, per kilometre when employees use own vehicles to provide transportation while on company business, or to provide transportation to or from work at locations other than Calgary International Airport.
