Wage adjustments:

Access control/airside access

Effective Jan. 1, 2020: $0.55 per hour

Effective Jan. 1, 2021: $0.27 per hour

Effective Jan. 1, 2022: $0.27 per hour

Terminal patrol/mobile patrol/SOC/dispatch

Effective Jan. 1, 2020: $0.57 per hour

Effective Jan. 1, 2021: $0.29 per hour

Effective Jan. 1, 2022: $0.29 per hour

Paid holidays: 9 days.

Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years. Employees who work less than 1 year and who terminate employment will receive vacation allowance of 4% of total salary and wages earned for which no vacation allowance has been paid.

Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 84 weeks in 2-week period.

Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums. Maximum $73.04 for family coverage, $23.70 for single coverage per month.

Sick leave: 3 days per year.

AD&D: Coverage of $30,000.

Life insurance: Coverage of $30,000.

Bereavement leave: Leave at discretion of employer for death in immediate family (spouse, parent, stepparent, child, stepchild, brother, sister, stepsister, stepbrother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandmother, grandfather, grandparent-in-law, grandchildren, any relative living in household of employee). 1 day to attend funeral for death of aunt, uncle, nephew, niece. 1 week for death of spouse, father, mother, stepparent, stepchild, child.

Seniority – recall rights: 12 months after layoffs or length of employment for employees with less than 12 months of seniority.

Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours of pay at applicable rate.

Probationary period: 90 days.

Uniforms/clothing: Employees will be provided with 4 shirts, 2 pairs of pants, 1 tie, 1 hat, 1 sweater or bomber jacket and will pay $100 deposit on clothes. After 1 year, uniforms will be replaced on as-needed basis. Deposit will be returned after clothing is returned to employer on termination of employment. Employer will provide winter clothing, winter footwear to employees who are required to work outside. Employer will supply suitable seasonal protective clothing for unloading supplies.

Editor’s notes: ID, security cards: Employer will hold back $300 for each RAIC (Restricted Area Identity Card); $25 for each parking pass or other ID that employee is issued. Parking: Parking program will provide eligible employees with free parking, for use during shift. Hearing aids: $500 every 60 months.
