Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 14, 2018, to Jan. 10, 2021. Ratified on April 25, 2018. Signed on May 25, 2018.
Wage adjustments: 
Distribution
Effective Jan. 14, 2018: 1.75%

Shift premium: $1.26 per hour for evening shift. $1.43 per hour for 12-hour continuous shifts, plant logistics lead, distribution lead.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1/12 of 3 weeks per month of service to start, 3 weeks after 1 year, 3.5 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 19 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. 
Overtime: Double time for work performed in excess of normal daily hours. 
Meal allowance: $16 for all overtime after 2 hours beyond regular shift and for every subsequent 4 hours worked thereafter. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 70% of premiums, employee pays 30% of premiums. 
Dental: Employer pays 70% of premiums, employee pays 30% of premiums. 
STD: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums. 
LTD: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums.
AD&D: Employer pays 70% of premiums, employee pays 30% of premiums. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 70% of premiums, employee pays 30% of premiums. 
Pension: Employer will provide employees with RRSP plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, child, stepchild. 3 days for death of mother, father, stepparent, sister, brother, stepsiblings, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandchild. 1 day for death of grandmother, grandfather, grandmother-in-law, grandfather-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law. 2 additional days when travel time is longer than 5 hours. 
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 90 working days.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay plus 2 weeks of pay for each year of service times 1.15 times employee’s regular rate of pay at time of severance, after 1 year of service. For employees hired after July 19, 2015: 2 weeks’ pay plus 1 week of pay for each year of service times at employee’s regular rate of pay at time of severance, maximum 26 weeks.
Safety shoes: $235 per year (previously $225 per year), plus GST, for full-time; $164 per year, plus GST, for casual, probationary.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide 1 winter coat per employee for length of this contract. Employer will provide high-visibility vests, insulated gloves, hardhat liners as needed.
