Renewal agreement: Effective May 24, 2016, to May 23, 2018. Signed on June 9, 2016.
Paid holidays: 9 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years. 
Meal allowance: For charter tours: $30 if in Canada, $35 if in U.S.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (father, mother, spouse, grandparents, grandchild, child, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law or common-law partner).
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay at regular straight time rate or time and one-half for all hours worked, whichever is greater.
Probationary period: 90 days worked. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Mileage: $0.50 per kilometre when using personal vehicles.

Editor’s notes: Solicitation: If driver is found to have solicited work from client, then driver will be restricted from accepting driver requests for 6 months. Medical examinations: After 3 years of service, any medical examination required by company or legislation to maintain driver’s licence, will be paid by employer, maximum $100. If required by company and taken after working hours, employer will pay $25. Company meetings: Employer will guarantee 2 hours' minimum pay at regular hourly rate when employer calls compulsory meetings. Bus supplies: Employer will provide in all vehicles, cleaning supplies such as Kleenex, paper towels, garbage can, extra garbage bags, broom and window scraper.
