Renewal agreement: Effective June 1, 2015, to May 31, 2020. Ratified on July 11, 2016. Signed on June 20, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective June 1, 2016: 1%
Effective June 1, 2017: 0.5%
Effective April 1, 2018: 1%
Effective June 1, 2018: 0.5%
Effective April 1, 2019: 1%
Effective June 1, 2019: 0.5%
Effective April 1, 2020: 1%
Shift premium: $1.05 per hour for second shift. $1.15 per hour for third shift. $1 per hour for employees holding level 3 first-aid certificate. 
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 1 year, 4 weeks or 8% after 8 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 12 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for first 3 hours after 8 or 12 hours per day or 320 hours per 8-week period. Double time for all hours thereafter. 
Meal allowance: $11.50 (previously $10.30) when working more than 3 hours of overtime. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
Vision: $200 every 2 years (previously $100 every 2 years).
Weekly indemnity: Maximum 75% of earnings for 26 weeks. 
Sick leave: 6 days per year. Unused portion will be paid out May 31 following year. 
LTD: Maximum 2/3 of wages. 
AD&D: 2-times regular annual earnings.
Life insurance: 2-times regular annual earnings.
Pension: Public Service Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, parent, child, brother, sister, common-law spouse, grandparent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandchild). Additional 2 days if required for travel.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours’ pay at overtime rate.
Probationary period: 90 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Severance: 2 weeks pay per year of service, maximum 20 weeks.
Safety shoes: $120 every 2 years (previously $100 every 2 years). 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply and launder any needed uniforms or pay $0.50 per shift worked when not practical to launder and maintain shirts and blouses.

Trades crew lead single-ticketed: $35.40 rising 3 steps to $36.09
Journeyperson dual-ticketed: $32.09 rising 3 steps to $32.72
Journeyperson single-ticketed: $30.78 rising 3 steps to $31.39
Journeyperson non-ticketed: $25.04 rising 3 steps to $25.53
Labourer 1: $20.28 rising 3 steps to $20.67
Labourer 2: $17.37 rising 3 steps to $17.71

Editor’s notes: Standby provisions: When employee is on standby, employee will be paid 1 hour’s pay for each 3 hours standing by. Canada Savings Bonds: Employee will be entitled to have deductions made from wages to purchase Canada Savings Bonds. Damage to personal possessions: When employee’s personal possessions are damaged by patron while performing duties, employer will pay current value, less depreciation, maximum $75.
