Renewal agreement: Effective March 2, 2016, to March 1, 2020. Signed on June 20, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective March 1, 2017: 2%
Effective March 1, 2018: 2%
Effective March 1, 2019: 2%
Shift premium: For work between midnight and 6 a.m.: $4.60 for 60 minutes, $9.20 for 120 minutes, $13.80 for 239 minutes, $23 for 240 minutes or more (previously single payment of $22.50). For work on weekends and company holidays: $6.60 for 60 minutes, $11.55 for 120 minutes, $19.80 for 239 minutes, $33 for 240 minutes or more (previously single payment of $32.50). 
Paid holidays: 9 days, plus 2 floater days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month to start (maximum 12 days), 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 18 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 7.5 hours per day or 37.5 hours per week. Time can be banked, maximum 75 hours. Double time for work on second scheduled day off in the same week.

Life insurance: Omniflex Benefits Program.
Pension: Defined contribution pension plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law partner, son, daughter). 3 days for death in extended family (father, mother, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, father, mother of common-law partner, other relative residing in the same residence). Leave may be extended to maximum 5 days when funeral is held in another city.
Probationary period: 12 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Severance: 0.5 months for each year of service, maximum 18 months.
Safety shoes: $150 per year for CSA-approved safety footwear.
