Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 1, 2016, to Aug. 31, 2019. Signed on April 5, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Sept. 1, 2016: 1.75%
Effective Sept. 1, 2017: 1.75%
Effective Sept. 1, 2018: 1.75%
Shift premium: $2 per hour (previously $1.75 per hour) temporary upgrading pay when employee works in higher classification. 
Paid holidays: 9 days, plus 2 personal floater days. 
Vacations with pay: 1.5 days per month, maximum 15 days to start, 15 days after 1 year, 20 days after 7 years, 23 days after 12 years, 25 days after 18 years, 30 days after 25 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 8 hours per 24-hour period or 40 hours per week. Double time after first 4 hours. 
Medical benefits: Omniflex Benefits Plan.
Pension: Bell Media Defined Contribution Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in family (spouse, common-law partner, child, father, mother, sister, brother, stepparent). 3 days for death in extended family (legal guardian, spouse or common-law partner of father or mother, mother-in-law (including common-law), father-in-law (including common-law), daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grandparents, grandchildren, child of spouse or common-law partner, relative residing in employee’s household). Additional 1 day to attend funeral if not within prescribed days. 1 day for interment.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Time and one-half, minimum 4 hours. 
Probationary period: 520 scheduled hours. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Severance: 3 weeks’ pay per year of service, maximum 60 weeks. 
Uniforms/clothing: $150 per year (previously $100 per year) for photojournalists for general expenses related to dry cleaning, clothing or personal care. 
Mileage: $0.44 per kilometre.

Editor’s notes: Standby pay: $2 per hour (previously $1.50 per hour) for employees assigned to standby during off-hours. Minimum $40 when assigned on scheduled day off. Taxi allowance: When employee is called in to work between 11:30 p.m. and 7 a.m. or if overtime or work period ends during this time, taxi service to and from home of employee will be provided for employees who do not have own transportation. Per diems: When employees on special assignment or out-of-town overnight, $59 per day ($12 for breakfast, $20 for lunch, $27 for dinner) (previously $55 per day: $10 for breakfast, $17.50 for lunch, $27.50 for dinner) will be paid. Remote upgrading: $25 per tour of duty for creative writer/videographers, anchor/photojournalists, technical director/producers who set-up remote truck for live production.
