Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2016, to March 31, 2018. Signed on June 27, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2016: 0%
Effective April 1, 2017: 0%
Paid holidays: 11 days. Double time and one-half for working on a holiday. 
Vacations with pay: 1.25 days for month worked maximum 15 days to start, 15 days after 1 year, 20 days after 2 years, 25 days after 8 years, 30 days after 15 years, 40 days after 20 years, additional 8 hours per year after 25 years, additional 40 hours per year after 30 years. All workers also receive 4 floater days. 4% in lieu of vacation for part-time workers.
Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 8 hours per day or 80 hours per pay period. 
Meal allowance: Deductibles: individual: $25 per year, family: $50 per year. Smoking cessation products: $500 lifetime. Hearing aids: $700 every 5 years.
Medical benefits: $25 individual deductible, $50 for families. Expenses 100% reimbursed.
Dental: Basic coverage, accidental dental injury coverage: 100% reimbursement, unlimited lifetime maximum; orthodontic coverage: 50% reimbursement, $3,000 lifetime maximum.
Vision: $200 every 24 months. Eye examinations: dependent children under age 18, 1 every 12 months; all others, 1 every 24 months.
Paramedical: Chiropractors, physiotherapists, podiatrists, naturopaths, osteopaths, psychologists/social workers, speech therapists, massage therapists: $500 per year. Acupuncturists: $100 per year.
Sick leave: First 5 days, 100% salary.
STD: 66% of salary after 5 days, maximum 600 hours or 15 weeks.
Pension: Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan or other pension plan.
Bereavement leave: 6 days off for death in immediate family (parent, spouse, child, brother, sister). 3 days off to arrange a family member's funeral (grandparents, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren). 1 day off to attend funeral of grandparents of spouse, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew.
Probationary period: 750 hours. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Severance: 2 weeks for each year of service.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply all clothing.
Mileage: $0.44 per kilometre.

Registered nurse:
Start: $29.55
Year 1: $30.22
Year 2: $30.91
Year 3: $31.56
Editor’s notes: Military leave: Leave of absence without pay for reservists serving on domestic operations such as search and rescue or national disasters such as flood relief or ice storms and international deployments. Annual fees: Employer will cover cost of the annual College of Nurses of Ontario fees. Inclement weather: If a program is closed by management, nurses who were scheduled to work will be paid for their regularly scheduled hours that day. Ratification bonus: $500. Recruitment bonus: $200 for a nurse who refers workers who complete the probationary period.
