Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 1, 2015, to Aug. 31, 2018. Signed on May 4, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Sept. 1, 2015: 2%
Effective Sept. 1, 2016: 1%
Effective Sept. 1, 2017: 1%
Paid holidays: 11 days (and Easter Monday, unless it is an instructional day, whereby the first Monday of spring break will be recognized as the paid holiday instead of Easter Monday and any other day other than those listed above proclaimed as a holiday by the federal or provincial government or the employer).
Vacations with pay: 15 days or 6% to start, 20 days or 8% after 10 years, 25 days or 10% after 15 years, 30 days or 12% after 20 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half after 7 hours per day, double time for hours worked on a holiday. After 3 hours worked, double time. 
Medical benefits: Alberta school employee benefit plan. 95% contributions from employer.
Dental: 95% of premium paid by employer.
Vision: 95% of premium paid by employer.
Sick leave: 2 days per month to a maximum of 20 days per year. The unused portion will accumulate to a maximum of 75 working days.
Pension: Alberta Local Authorities Pension Plan
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in family (parent, including stepparent, or former guardian, spouse, including common-law, brother, brother-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, child (including step child), grandparent, grandchild, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, parent-in-law, step-parent, step-child, grandparent of spouse, or any relative who has been residing in the same household). Up to 5 days for any travelling time, with or without pay. 1 day off to attend the funeral of a close friend. 1 day off to be a pallbearer. 
Seniority – recall rights: 14 days.
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours at overtime rate.
Probationary period: Full-time: 3 months. Part-time: 6 months.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 21 months.
Severance: 1 week per year of service to a maximum of 24 weeks.
Mileage: Paid in accordance with current board policies.

Secretary: $19.46 rising 2 steps to $19.85
Head secretary: $20.78 rising 2 steps to $21.20
Head secretary ESBCHS and LCHS: $21.32 rising 2 steps to $21.75
Beauty culture/accounting technicians tech 1:  $18.86 rising 2 steps to $19.24
Beauty culture/accounting technicians tech 2:  $20.66 rising 2 steps to $21.08
Education assistants (level 1 uncertified): $18.86 rising 2 steps to $19.24
Education assistants (level 2 certified 1 year): $19.58 rising 2 steps to $19.98
Education assistants (level 2 certified 2 years): $20.80 rising 2 steps to $21.22
Library clerk: $19.46 rising 2 steps to $19.85
Tech 1: $19.59 rising 2 steps to $19.99
Tech 2: $21.25 rising 2 steps to $21.67
Educational transliterators/licensed practical nurses: $22.61 rising 2 steps to $23.07
Editor’s notes: Health spending account: Annual contribution per FTE will be $500. Leave of absence: Maximum of 5 days per year in the event of a critical illness of an employee’s spouse, child, mother or father, stepchild, stepparent. Education allowance: Employer pays registration cost for academic or technical course. Inclement weather: An employee who cannot make it to work due to inclement weather or impassable road conditions will be paid.
