Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 1, 2016, to Aug. 31, 2018. Ratified on Oct. 14, 2017. Signed on Dec. 18, 2017.
Shift premium: $0.75 per hour shift differential to employees assigned to work afternoon or night shift (excluding overtime). Double time for work between midnight and 7 a.m. $20 per month for employees assigned to 2 or more permanent work locations. 
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1.25 days per month to start, 1.25 days per month, maximum 15 days after 1 year, 1.67 days per month after 8 years, 2.08 days per month after 18 years, 2.50 days per month after 25 years.  
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after regular hours. Double time after 2 hours of overtime.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Alberta Health Care. $350 per year (previously $250 per year) personal health spending account. May be carried forward, maximum 1 year. 
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Sick leave: 2 days per month, maximum 24 days. 
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Pension: Local Authorities Board Pension Plan. Employees eligible after 12 months of employment. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family, 5 days if funeral is outside of Calgary (spouse, common-law spouse, parents, legal guardians, grandparents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, (and respective spouses) of employee and of employee’s spouse or common-law spouse and other persons as may be approved).
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. 
Call-in pay: Time and one-half for first 2 hours, double time thereafter, minimum 4 hours’ pay. 
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Uniforms/clothing: Protective clothing will be issued without cost to employee.
