Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2020. Ratified on Jan. 18, 2018. Signed on Feb. 13, 2018.
Shift premium: $2 per hour (previously $1.50 per hour) for dual-ticketed mechanic/welder. $1 per hour to grader operators assigned to road stabilization. $2 per hour for seed-cleaning plant operators and landfill employees for any hours worked between midnight and 8 a.m. or 6 p.m. to midnight.
Paid holidays: 12 days, plus Christmas floater day. 
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 4 years, 5 weeks after 10 years, 6 weeks after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after regular hours and on Sunday. May be banked, maximum 80 hours. May be carried over to next year, maximum 40 hours. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums. Employer will contribute to employee’s health and wellness benefit provided by county $418 per year for employees to supplement their benefit coverage or derive other health and wellness benefits.
Dental: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums.
Vision: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums.
Sick leave: 1 1/2 days per month, maximum 130 days. 
LTD: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums. 
AD&D: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums.
Pension: Employees, as condition of employment, will participate in Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (current spouse, common-law spouse, parent, parent of spouse, grandparent, grandparent of spouse, grandchild, child, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, relative residing in employee’s household).
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours’ pay at overtime rate. 
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Safety shoes: $150 per year boot, clothing allowance. $100 per year for landfill employees'muck boots. May be carried forward, maximum $300.
Tool allowance: $75 per month for mechanics, welders who are required to supply own hand tools.
