Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2017, to Dec. 31, 2020. Signed on Jan. 1, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: 1.75%
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 1%
Effective Jan. 1, 2020: 1.25%
Shift premium: $0.50 per hour for employee holding first-aid certificate recognized under workers’ compensation board regulations and is designated by employer to carry out duties of first-aid attendant, class C. $1 per hour for lead-hands. $3.50 per hour for employees who perform Core-Mark work.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 10 days after 1 year, 15 days or 6% after 5 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 9 hours per day or 45 hours per week. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Teamsters National Benefit Plan.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
STD: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Pension: Teamsters’ National Pension Plan. Employer will contribute $0.45 per hour per employee. Effective Jan. 1, 2019: $0.50 per hour. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, mother, father, son, daughter, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, stepsons, stepdaughters).
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 60 working days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 15 months.
Safety shoes: $150 per year purchased through employer’s designated supplier.
Uniforms/clothing: $275 per year uniform allowance provided uniform is ordered with employer or designated supplier. Employer will supply maximum 6 pairs of gloves per year. Employer will provide coveralls, raingear once per year.
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after 5.6% increase):
Class 1: $22.44 rising 4 stops to $23.70
Class 3: $20.62 rising 4 stops to $21.78
Class 5: $20.02 rising 4 stops to $21.14
Sample rates of mileage pay (current, after 5.6% increase):
300 to 400 miles return: $0.496 rising 4 stops to $0.524
More than 400 miles return: $0.478 rising 4 stops to $0.505
Sample rates of drop pay (current):
Drop rate: $17 per stop
Signing bonus: $700 on second pay statement after ratification
Editor’s notes: Medical examination: Driver who is required under motor vehicle regulations to undertake physical examination as condition of continuing to hold valid driver’s licence will have cost of examination paid for by employer, maximum $100. Wash pay: Drivers will be paid maximum of 1.5 hours when required to wash trucks. Industry fund: Company will contribute $0.05 per hour into Teamsters Local No. 31 industry advancement fund.
