Renewal agreement: Effective Nov. 9, 2016, to Feb. 9, 2021. Signed on Nov. 30, 2016.
Paid holidays: 9 days. Effective 2019, Discovery Day will be recognized. 
Vacations with pay: 10 days or 4% after 1 year, 15 days or 6% after 5 years, 20 days or 8% after 10 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 9 hours per day, 45 hours per week. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Pension: Teamsters’ National Pension Plan. Effective Feb.9, 2018, employer will contribute $0.35 per hour. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, mother, father, son, daughter, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, stepsons, stepdaughters).
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months; 18 months if employee has 5 years or more seniority.
Probationary period: 30 days within 90-day period.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Safety shoes: $150 every 12 months beginning Jan. 1.
Uniforms/clothing: $275 for clothing ordered from company-designated supplier. Reasonable quality gloves will be provided — maximum 6 pairs per year — at no cost to employee. Employer will provide all drivers — from company order form — with coveralls and rain gear once per year.
Mileage: Trailer rate $0.51 rising 4 steps to $0.55
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after 9% increase):
Highway: $23.29 rising 4 steps to $25.37
Sample rates of daily pay (current, after 8% increase):
City flat rate: $250 rising 4 steps to $269.90
$250 signing bonus on first pay period following ratification
Editor’s notes: Licence suspension: Company must be made aware of any suspension or other restriction imposed on employee’s driver’s licence. Failure to disclose while continuing to operate company vehicle will result in immediate dismissal, with cause. Medical examinations: Driver with 1 or more years of seniority who is required under motor vehicle regulations to undertake physical examination will have cost of examination paid for by employer, maximum $100.
