Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 7, 2016, to Feb. 6, 2021. Signed on June 17, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective year 1: 1.2% 
Effective year 2: 1.3% 
Effective year 3: 1.4% 
Effective year 4: 1.5% 
Effective year 5: 1.5% 
Paid holidays: 10 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 7% after 10 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 88 hours per pay period. 
Meal allowance: $15 when employee on escort duty or at tribunal meetings is required to work through meal period or where employee is required to work beyond regularly scheduled shift through meal period.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 70% of premiums, employee pays 30% for Desjardins Financial Services Group plan.
Dental: Employer pays 70% of premiums, employee pays 30%.
Sick leave: Credits based on 3% of wages.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in family (employee’s spouse or same-sex partner, parent, stepparent, foster-parent of employee or spouse or same-sex partner, child, stepchild, foster-child of employee or spouse or same-sex partner, grandparent, stepgrandparent, grandchild, stepgrandchild of employee or spouse or same-sex partner, spouse, same-sex partner of child of employee, employee’s brother or sister, relative of employee who is dependent on employee for care, brother-in-law, sister-in-law).
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 90 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Safety shoes: Employer will pay for CSA-approved safety footwear.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide appropriate uniforms to employees on free issue/free replacement basis. Where client agrees sweater can be worn in lieu of tunic, employer will issue sweater in lieu of tunic.
