Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2020. Signed on May 1, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2017: 1.25 %
Effective April 1, 2018: 1.25 %
Effective April 1, 2019: 1.25 %
Shift premium: $2.60 when program interpreter or G2-level host delivers guided tour. $2.60 when program interpreter delivers outreach program. 
Paid holidays: 10 days, plus 1 additional day (Saint-Jean Baptiste Day in Quebec; first Monday in August in Ontario).
Vacations with pay: 15 days to start, 20 days after 5 years, 22 days after 15 years, 23 days after 16 years, 25 days after 18 years, 30 days after 20 years. May be carried over, maximum 1-year leave entitlement.
Overtime: Time and one-half for first 4 hours, double time thereafter. 
Meal allowance: $10 for first 3 hours of overtime, additional $10 after 4 hours of overtime.
Medical benefits: Public Service Health Insurance Plan.
Dental: Public Service Dental Plan.
Sick leave: 1.25 days per month.
Bereavement leave: 7 days for death in immediate family (father, mother, stepfather, stepmother, foster-parent, brother, sister, spouse, common-law spouse residing with employee, child, child of common-law spouse, stepchild, ward, father-in-law, mother-in-law, employee or spouse’s grandfather, grandmother, grandchild, relative residing with employee). I day for death of son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. 
Call-in pay: The greater of: minimum 3 hours at overtime rate or overtime rate for time worked.
Probationary period: 975 hours, 1,040 hours, and 1,987.5 hours depending on classification.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Safety shoes: $60 per year for team leaders, program interpreters, hosts.

Editor’s notes: Service pay: 2.5% annually on anniversary date. Travel immunization: Employees who travel abroad and who require immunization as recommended by Health Canada for specific locations will be reimbursed.
