Renewal agreement: Effective Nov. 1, 2017, to Oct. 31, 2020. Signed on Aug. 3, 2017.
Shift premium: $1 per hour to any employee awarded float-driver position. $0.50 per hour for employees whose regularly assigned shifts begin between 2 p.m. and 5:59 a.m. hours. $0.15 per hour for employees holding forklift-operator bulletin. $0.15 per hour for employees holding bulletin requiring operation of tag-trailer units (14-foot trailer pulled by curbside delivery truck).
Paid holidays: 8 days, plus employee’s birthday (Ont., Que. only), Civic holiday (except Que.), Remembrance Day (except Ont., Que.), St-Jean-Baptiste Day (Que. only). 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per 25 days of service, maximum 10 days or 4% to start, 1 day per 16 2/3 days of service, maximum 15 days or 6% after 4 years, 1 day per 12 1/2 days of service, maximum 20 days or 8% after 4 years, 1 day per 10 days of service, maximum 25 days or 10% after 20 years, 1 day per 8 1/3 days of service, maximum 30 days or 12% after 30 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. May be banked, maximum 40 hours per year. 
Dental: $2,500 maximum reimbursement per year (previously $2,000 per year). $2,000 for dependent children younger than 18 with 50% lifetime reimbursement.
Vision: $350 maximum benefit, includes corrective eye surgery.
Paramedical: $500 per year for massage therapy, chiropractic services.
Life insurance: Coverage of $50,000.
Pension: Employees may participate in union’s registered money purchase pension plan. Employer will contribute based on years of service: 1% to start, 2% after 6 years, 4% after 10 years, 5% after 15 years. Owner-operators may join USW, Local 1976 Pension Trust Fund and will be required to contribute $200 per month.
Bereavement leave: After 6 months of service, 5 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, child, parent, sister, brother. 3 days for death of stepparent, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandchild, grandparent. 2 additional days without pay, if requested.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 30 days, 400 hours for owner-operators. 
Severance: After 1 year of service, 1 week’s pay per year of service, minimum 2 weeks’ pay.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide uniforms to drivers.
