Renewal agreement: Effective June 21, 2016, to June 30, 2019. Signed on June 21, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective July 1, 2016: 1.5%
Effective July 1, 2017: 1.5%
Effective July 1, 2018: 2%
Shift premium: Driver trainers: $1.25 per hour.
Paid holidays: 10 days. 
Vacations with pay: 4% to start (2 weeks for industrial bus drivers), 6% after 5 years (3 weeks for industrial bus drivers), 8% after 7 years (4 weeks for industrial bus drivers). No vacations during last 2 weeks of August and first 2 weeks of September.
Overtime: Bus drivers: Time and one-half for hours worked after 8 hours per day. Maintenance employees: Time and one-half for hours worked after 40 hours per week.
Medical benefits: $300 per month to industrial bus drivers for the Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan
Dental: Company covers 75% of premiums. 
STD: Company covers 100% of premiums. 
LTD: Company covers 50% of premiums. 
AD&D: Company covers 100% of premiums. 
Life insurance: Company covers 100% of premiums. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, parents, sisters, brothers, children, grandparents, grandchildren).
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 45 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months, 24 months for safety-related issues.
Safety shoes: $150 annual boot allowance (previously $100) for all maintenance workers.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide winter coat, gloves, safety glasses, hard hats. Maintenance employees: 5 coveralls per week. Service person: 3 coveralls per week. Rainwear for wash-bay workers.
Tool allowance: $500 per year for licensed, apprentice mechanics.
Mileage: $0.12 per kilometre, $0.13 per kilometre effective July 1, 2018.

Industrial coach run: $29.54 rising 2 steps to $30.58
Industrial yellow bus: $28.17 rising 2 steps to $29.16
School bus charter rate: $17.05 rising 2 steps to $17.66
Mechanic rate: $42.88 rising 2 steps to $44.39
Non-revenue school bus: $15.41 rising 2 steps to $15.95
Service person: $19.29 rising 2 steps to $19.97

Route 0: $93.39 rising 2 steps to $96.69 
Route 1: $93.39 rising 2 steps to $96.69 
Route 2: $93.39 rising 2 steps to $96.69 
Route 3: $93.39 rising 2 steps to $96.69
Feeder bus daily rate: $67.40 rising 2 steps to $69.78
Editor’s notes: Training: Minimum 2 hours’ pay for training outside regular working hours. Park-out drivers: For November, December, January, February, March, all park-out drivers paid $50 per month (previously $45 per month) as plug-in allowance. Cellphone allowance: $20 per month (previously $15 per month) for drivers using own cellphone for business purposes, $15 for industrial bus drivers. Class 2 exams: $120 (previously $80) toward cost of medical examinations required to keep Alberta class 2 licences, $80 for industrial bus drivers.
