Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2018, to March 31, 2021. Ratified on May 4, 2018. Signed on June 18, 2018.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective ratification: $0.60 per hour
Effective April 1, 2019: $0.60 per hour
Effective April 1, 2020: $0.60 per hour
Shift premium: $1.20 for all hours worked between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. $1 per hour of training for employees who train coworkers.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 7 hours per month, maximum 84 hours or 8 hours per month, maximum 80 hours to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours or 12 hours per day or after 40 hours or 42 hours per week. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 75% (previously 70%) of premiums for CertainTeed Canada Benefits Program.
Dental: Employer pays 75% (previously 70%) of premiums.
Vision: $250 for replacement of lenses or frames damaged at work which are not covered by workers compensation benefits.
Sick leave: 4 sick or personal days per year.
STD: Employer pays 75% (previously 70%) of premiums.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, mother, father, son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, stepsons, stepdaughters, grandchildren, grandfather, grandmother, employee’s spouse’s grandfather, grandmother).
Seniority – recall rights: 12 consecutive months. 
Probationary period: 600 hours worked or 6 months of employment, whichever comes first. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Severance: 10 days’ pay per year of service, after 5 years of service. 
Safety shoes: $250 per year (previously $225 per year).
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply thermal coveralls, boots and gloves for shipping-department personnel; coveralls for mechanics; gloves and throw-away coveralls for all employees working in untidy areas.
Tool allowance: $250 per year (previously $225 per year) for lost tools that have been reported or for upgrading tools for job.

Packer: $20.11 rising 2 steps to $20.77
Shipper/utility: $20.89 rising 2 steps to $21.57
Operator: $24.49 rising 2 steps to $26.52
New hire op.: $23.89 rising 2 steps to $25.92
Mechanic helper: $22.21 rising 2 steps to $22.94
Day/shift mechanic: $23.94 rising 2 steps to $24.73
Process mechanic: $31.40 rising 2 steps to $32.43
Journeyman rate
Millwright/electrician/welder $34.80 rising 2 steps to $35.94
Apprenticeship rates
First-year apprentice: 60%
Second-year apprentice: 70%
Third-year apprentice: 80%
Fourth-year apprentice: 90%
Editor’s notes: Industry fund: Employer will contribute $0.05 per hour to Teamsters Union/Industry Advancement Fund. On-call: $400 for first 10 weeks, $500 for last 3 weeks.
