Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2017, to Jan. 31, 2020. Signed on Jan. 24, 2017.
Shift premium: $0.50 per hour for team leaders. 
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: Leave of absence for vacation purposes after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or on Saturday. Double time or all work on Sunday except when time worked on Sunday is part of Monday midnight shift or Saturday afternoon shift.
Dental: Maximum $2,000 per year (previously $1,000 per year) with 10% co-pay (previously 20% co-pay). 50% restorative inclusive of $2,000 maximum.
Vision: $85 every 24 months for eye exams. $275 allowance (previously $250) for 2017 for glasses; $300 for 2018; $325 for 2019.
Paramedical: Combined $400 per year per member and per dependant for physio, chiro and massage therapy.
AD&D: Coverage of $12,500 for employees only.
Life insurance: Coverage of $25,000 (previously $10,000) for employees only.
Pension: When employee contributes 1% to RRSP, employer will match contribution. Effective Feb. 1, 2018: 2% will be matched. 
Bereavement leave: 4 days for death of mother, father, spouse, child, stepparent, brother, sister, grandchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparent, stepchild, son-in-law, daughter-in-law. 1 day for death of sister-in-law, brother-in-law, stepparent of current spouse, stepsister, stepbrother, grandparent of current spouse.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months or 24 months after 1 year of seniority. 
Probationary period: 90 working days within any 12-month period.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months, 24 months for all matters relating to sexual harassment, workplace violence and hostile workplace behaviour.
Safety shoes: $170 allowance for 2018, $180 allowance for 2019 (previously $160 allowance).
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide 1 cold-weather jackets to dock loaders.
