Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2020. Signed on Jan. 1, 2018. 
Shift premium: $2.50 per hour for any work between 12:30 a.m. and 6 a.m. One-half times basic hourly rate for employee who does not receive minimum off-duty hours of 12 consecutive hours off. $18 per occasion when employee is temporarily assigned to perform job outside normal assignment or within higher classification or to act in supervisory position ($9 per occasion when assignment is one-half or less of basic tour.
Paid holidays: 9 days, plus 2 floating holidays. 
Vacations with pay: 1.25 days per month to start, 15 days after 1 year, 20 days after 7 years, 23 days after 12 years, 25 days after 18 years, 30 days after 25 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 7.5 hours per day or 37.5 hours per week for secretarial, clerical, traffic, sales assistants. Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week for all other employees. Double time after 12 hours in any single tour of duty.
Meal allowance: $8 after 10 hours of work. 
Sick leave: 56 days at 100% of salary; 126 days at 80% of salary; 66 2/3% of salary until recovery or 65 years of age. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, father, mother, brother, sister, child, grandparent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, any relative residing in employee’s household). 1 day for death of aunt, uncle. Additional 3 days may be granted when traveling time is required.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours at time and one-half. Double time after 4 hours of work, triple time for call-in on Christmas Day.
Probationary period: Minimum 60 days worked. Minimum 120 days worked for producers, directors, supervisors.
Severance: 3 weeks’ pay per year, after 12 months of service, maximum 68 weeks times employee’s basic weekly pay for layoffs. 4 weeks’ pay per year of service, maximum 52 weeks for dismissals. 
Uniforms/clothing: $1,000 per year for anchors, reporters (including sports), video journalists regularly appearing on camera. $350 per year (previously $300 per year) for appropriate work-related clothing for ENG camera/editor, general maintenance, broadcast technicians.
Mileage: $0.44 per kilometre when employee uses own vehicle.
