Renewal agreement: Effective Dec. 1, 2016, to Nov. 30, 2020. Ratified on Feb 3, 2017. Signed on Feb 3, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Dec. 1, 2016: 2%
Effective Dec. 1, 2017: 2%
Effective Dec. 1, 2018: 2%
Effective Dec. 1, 2019: 2%
Effective Dec. 1, 2020: 2%
Shift premium: Lead hand: 3%.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 1 floating holiday per year after 5 years’ service; 2 floating holidays per year after 10 years’ service; 3 floating holidays per year after 20 years’ service.
Vacations with pay: To start (days before cut-off date): 1 day after 30 to 36 days; 2 days after 37 to 73 days; 3 days after 74 to 110 days; 4 days after 111 to 147 days; 5 days after 148 to 184 days; 6 days after 185 to 220 days; 7 days after 221 to 257 days; 8 days after 258 to 294 days; 9 days after 295 to 331 days; 10 days after 332 to 365 days. 2 weeks or 5% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 7% after 2 years, 4 weeks or 9% after 7 years, 5 weeks or 11% after 15 years, 6 weeks or 13% after 24 years, 7 weeks or 15% after 30 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or for all work on Saturday or Sunday. May be banked, maximum 120 hours per year.
Medical benefits: Employer will pay 100% of premiums for Alberta Health Care Plan if reinstated by the Alberta government as an employer-funded health-care plan.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Lifetime maximum limit for orthodontics is $3,000 per person.
Vision: $400 per person (previously $350 per person) every 24 months.
Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 70% of average earnings per week, payable on first day of disability due to non-occupational accidents, first day of disability due to hospitalization, fourth day of disability due to sickness, maximum 52 weeks.
LTD: Employer pays 85% of premiums, employee pays 15% premiums for coverage of 60% of first $833.33 plus 40% of remainder, maximum $2,400 per month.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $106,000.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $106,000.
Pension: Company will contribute $2.68 per employee per hour, employee will contribute $1.63 per employee per hour to I.W.A. Forest Industry Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (father, mother, husband, wife, son, daughter, brother, sister, common-law, wife, common-law husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, stepfather, legal guardian, grandparent, stepmother, stepchild, ward, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, spouse’s grandparents or  grandchild).
Probationary period: 90 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Severance: Employee chooses between: 10 days per year or 4% of total earnings, maximum 1,714 hours.
Safety shoes: $150 once per year. May be carried forward, maximum $300 total.
Tool allowance: When employees — other than trades person or apprentices — are required to use hand tools for maintenance of company equipment, tools will be supplied by employer.
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after 8.25% increase):
Labourer (1 year or less): $27.82 rising 4 steps to $30.11
Labourer (after 1 year): $28.59 rising 4 steps to $30.95
Equipment operator: $30.21 rising 4 steps to $32.70
Editor’s notes: Safe carriage: Suitable provision for safe carriage of tools will be made in all vehicles regularly used for transportation of workers. Explosives will not be transported on crew trucks or buses. Education fund: Employer will submit $0.03 per hour to education trust fund administered by United Steelworkers, Local 1-207. First-aid certificate: Course will be paid for by employer, if during working hours. If employee renews certificate outside working hours, employer will pay $200. Medical forms: Employer will reimburse all costs associated with completion of medical forms requested by insurance carrier or employer, maximum $15 per form.
