Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2015, to Dec. 31, 2019. Signed on Aug. 23, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2015: 2%
Effective March 31, 2016: 1.5%
Effective March 31, 2017: 1.5%
Effective March 31, 2018: 2%
Effective March 31, 2019: 1.5%
Shift premium: $0.35 per hour for any shift that begins or ends between 6 p.m. or 6 a.m. Acting AOS/FF crew captain premium: $0.75 per hour. Holding certificate of proficiency issued pursuant to Apprenticeship Tradesmen’s Qualification Act: $1.20 per hour. Maintenance mechanic : $1 per hour for holding second trade ticket in addition to the trade premium of $1.20. Acting AOS/FF crew captains: $0.75 per hour.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1.5 days per month to start, 3 weeks after 1 year, 16 days after 5 years, 17 days after 6 years, 18 days after 7 years, 19 days after 8 years, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 17 years, 6 weeks after 21 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for working on holiday. 
Medical benefits: 100% premiums paid by employer.
Dental: 100% premiums paid by employer. 100% basic coverage. 50% prosthetics, crowns and bridges coverage. 50% orthodontics coverage, maximum $2,000 lifetime.
Weekly indemnity: 70% of wages, maximum 26 weeks.
Sick leave: One-half day per month, maximum 10 days.
AD&D: Two times annual earnings. 50% premiums paid by employer, 50% premiums paid by employee.
Life insurance: Two times annual earnings. 50% premiums paid by employer, 50% premiums paid by employee.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (child, stepchild, parents, brother, sister, grandparents, grandchild, stepparent, foster-child, foster-parent, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, fiancee, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, parents in-law). 2 additional days for death of spouse or common-law spouse. One-half day to attend a funeral as a pallbearer.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: Office, maintenance and other employees: 6 months. Airport operations specialists/firefighters: 9 months.
Severance: 6% for 1 year of service, 8% for 9 years’ service, 10% for 19 years’ service.
