Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2019, to Dec. 31, 2022. Ratified on Jan. 10, 2019. Signed on Jan. 21, 2019.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 1%
Effective Jan. 1, 2020: 1.5%
Effective Jan. 1, 2021: 1.5%
Effective Jan. 1, 2022: 2%
Shift premium: $1.25 per hour for employees on night shift.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 8 hours to 120 hours, depending on month hired, to start, 120 hours after 2 years, 160 hours after 8 years, 200 hours after 17 years, 240 hours after 26 years for employees hired after Sept. 1, 2011. 8 hours to 80 hours, depending on month hired, to start, 80 hours after 2 years, 120 hours after 3 years, 160 hours after 8 years, 200 hours after 17 years, 240 hours after 26 years for employees hired before Sept. 1, 2011. 
Overtime: Double time for all overtime hours worked. May be banked and used as time off in lieu, maximum 80 hours. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
AD&D: Employee pays 100% of premiums. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
Pension: Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (son, daughter, wife, husband, mother, father, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandmother, grandfather, legal guardians, grandchildren).
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours of pay at double time for each 1 call-in. 
Probationary period: 6 months consecutive or accumulative. 
Uniforms/clothing: When conditions warrant, coveralls, overalls or work pants, rubber boots, leather gloves, all sized to fit, will be supplied to employees. When conditions warrant, waterproof apparel will be issued from common supply to employees and items will be returned after each use. Employer will supply goggles, face masks, respirators, hard hats, oil- and chemical-resistant gloves, electrical leather and rubber gloves, ear plugs.
Tool allowance: Employer will contact all suppliers and instruct them to issue discounts to city employees.
