Renewal agreement: Effective June 11, 2016, to June 14, 2019. Signed on Sept. 30, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective year 1: $500
Effective year 2: 1.9%
Effective year 3: 1.9%
Shift premium: $2 for all hours worked on regularly scheduled Saturday shifts. $2.25 for all hours worked on regularly scheduled Sunday shifts. $1 per hour for regularly scheduled shifts between 5 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Paid holidays: 13 days, plus 1 floater day. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 20 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 30 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of employee’s 8-, 10- or 12-hour day. Double time for all work on Sundays.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Preventative/major treatment: $2,000 maximum per individual. Orthodontic treatment: $3,000 maximum lifetime limit per child.
Vision: $275 per family member every 24 months.
Paramedical: Speech pathologist: $750 per year. Psychologist: $400 per year. Chiropractic: $350 per year. Osteopath/naturopath/podiatrist: $350 per year.
Sick leave: 6 days per year. Employees will receive balance of days not taken on March 1. Employees with perfect attendance will receive 125% credit for days.
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for 66 2/3% coverage, maximum $2,800 per month. 
AD&D: Coverage of $120,000 (single coverage).
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $60,000.
Pension: Employees’ Retirement Plan of Coca-Cola Refreshments Canada Company.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of wife, husband, child, father, mother, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law. 1 day for death of grandmother, grandfather, grandchild, brother-in law, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law. 2 additional days for travel if needed.
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months. 
Call-in pay: The greater of time and one-half for hours worked or 4 hours’ at regular rate. 
Probationary period: 65 days of work within 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Severance: Enhanced severance is lump sum of $20,000 for employees with 5 or fewer years of service; $30,000 for employees with 6 to 10 years of service; $40,000 for employees with more than 10 years of service.
Safety shoes: $175 for steel-toe caps and puncture-resistant soles (green patch) from company-chosen supplier.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply clothing. Service technicians/drivers: 1 parka or 1 rain/wind suit or 1 3-in-1 jacket. QC technician: 3 lab coats. Warehouse department: 1 parka. Skilled trades and battery changer: Up to 11 coveralls (in lieu of shirts and pants), 1 parka. Temporary employees: 5 T-shirts. Full-time employees: Minimum 5 trousers or up to 5 shorts, 4 shirts long- or short-sleeve, 1 ball cap or toque, 4 T-shirts or 2 T-shirts, 1 sweatshirt.
Tool allowance: Stationary engineers, fleet maintenance and production maintenance employees will maintain own tool kits. Company will reimburse employees — maximum $1,500 (previously $500) for duration of collective agreement — for purchase, repair or replacement of required work tools. Equipment service technician and equipment service technician trainee employees will be supplied with tool kits. Company will reimburse employees — maximum $750 (previously $240) for duration of collective agreement — to replace worn, broken or lost work tools.

Wage bracket 3 (machine operator, order builder, forklift/tyguard driver, production material handler, shunter, battery charger, CO2 filler, cleaner, general duties, recycle, repack, special build & returns, reliever): $28.33 rising 2 steps to $29.42

Wage bracket 5 (filler operator, sanitation operator): $28.61 rising 2 steps to $29.71

Editor’s notes: Union office: Company will provide space for office equipped with desks, chairs, filing cabinets and phone. Long-service leave: When employee completes 25th, 30th, 35th, 40th or 45th year of employment, employee will receive special leave of 2 weeks with pay. Social justice fund: Employer will contribute $0.02 per hour per employee to the C.A.W. Social Justice Fund.
