Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 26, 2016, to Feb. 25, 2019. Signed on June, 16, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Feb. 26, 2017: $0.30 per hour
Effective Feb. 26, 2018: $0.30 per hour
Shift premium: $0.50 per hour for shipper/receivers. $1 per hour for lead hands. $1 per hour for night shift between midnight and 6 a.m. 
Paid holidays: 10 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. 
Meal allowance: $1.75 per shift from employee’s pay for food or drink from on-site cafeterias. A list of excluded food and drink items will be posted on the bulletin board.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 80% of premium, employee pays 20%. Drug benefit: $6 deductible per prescription, $2,000 per year maximum, includes diaphragms, IUDs. $500 individual lifetime maximum for anti-smoking agents. $2,400 individual lifetime maximum for fertility, lancets.
Dental: Employer pays for 80% of premium, employee pays for 20%. 90% basic restorative, periodontics, endodontics.
Vision: $250 every 24 months for glasses. $50 per year for eye exams.
Paramedical: Psychologist: $1,000 per year. Chiropractor, naturopath, podiatrist, chiropodist, nutritionist/dietician, speech therapist, physiotherapy, osteopaths, massage therapy: $200 per year.
AD&D: Employer pays for 100% of premium. $25,000 coverage.
Life insurance: $25,000 coverage.
Bereavement leave: 4 days for death of parent, spouse, child. 3 days for death of other immediate family. Leave may be extended additional 2 days.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 90 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after $1 per hour increase):
Retail associates: $11.35 rising 3 steps to $12.35
Baker: $12.35 rising 3 steps to $13.35
Cook: $13.35 rising 3 steps to $14.35
Editor’s notes: Vaccination, inoculation: Any employee refusing, without sufficient medical grounds, to take medical or X-ray examination at the request of the employer, or to undergo vaccination, inoculation and other immunization when required, may be terminated. Hearing aids: $500 every 5 years.
