Shift premium: $6 per hour on any shift which begins between 3:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. $6 per hour on any shift which begins between 8:30 p.m. and 1:01 a.m. $0.75 per hour worked — plus holiday pay — to employees employed in Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley as metro-travel premium. 15% above highest classification being supervised for labourer foreman.
Paid holidays: 14 days.
Vacations with pay: 6% on each pay cheque.
Overtime: Time and one half for all hours worked outside regular hours. Double time after 2 hours of overtime and on Saturdays and Sundays.
Meal allowance: Hot meal or $25 after 10 hours of work.
Medical benefits: Employer contributes $3.10 per hour to CSW Medical and Benefit Plan of B.C.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours straight or overtime rate.
Safety shoes: Employer will provide appropriate footwear, including safety footwear.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide clothing for protection against natural elements, general-purpose work gloves. Employer will provide rubber boots, rubber clothing, rubber gloves, ear muffs or equivalent.

Mileage computed from project to employee’s residence. Telephone access: Telephones will be made available to all employees for incoming or outgoing emergency purposes. No employee will be permitted to use personal cellphone or smart phone during working hours — excluding rest and meal breaks — except in case of an emergency. Insurance: Employer will protect value of employee’s work clothes, maximum $300 in case of fire or burglary.
