Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2016, to Dec. 31, 2018. Signed on Aug. 15, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2016: $0.38
Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 2.4%
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: 2.4%
Shift premium: $0.50 per hour for working a split shift. $0.75 per hour for training another employee.
Paid holidays: 12 days including anniversary date of hiring and floater day.
Vacations with pay: 1 day for every 25 days worked, maximum 10 days to start; 1 day for every 16 2/3 days worked, maximum 15 days after 4 years; 1 day for every 12 1/2 days worked, maximum 20 days after 10 years; 1 day for every 10 days worked, maximum 25 days after 20 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 40 hours per week. Time and one-half for working on assigned day off.
Meal allowance: Meal voucher provided for working 2 hours' overtime. Voucher must be used within 30 days.
Medical benefits: Employee pays 65% of premiums, employee pays 35%, for employees hired before March 10, 1993. For employees hired after March 10, 1993, employer pays 50%, employee pays 50%.
Dental: Employee pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50%.
Weekly indemnity: Employee pays 65% of premiums, employee pays 35%, for employees hired before March 10, 1993. For employees hired after March 10, 1993, employer pays 50%, employee pays 50%.
Sick leave: 1 day per year, cannot be accumulated.
AD&D: Employee pays 65% of premiums, employee pays 35%, for employees hired before March 10, 1993. For employees hired after March 10, 1993, employer pays 50%, employee pays 50%.
Life insurance: Employee pays 65% of premiums, employee pays 35%, for employees hired before March 10, 1993. For employees hired after March 10, 1993, employer pays 50%, employee pays 50%.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, same-sex spouse, children, parents, stepparent who raised the employee, brothers, sisters, current mother-in-law, current father-in-law, grandparents, grandchild). 1 day to attend funeral or memorial service for aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws other than mother- and father-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 60 days. 
Severance: 1 week's pay for each year, maximum 20 weeks.
Safety shoes: Company will reimburse the lesser of $75 or 50% of the cost of footwear.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply all uniforms, including winter wear. Valet and laundry service will be provided by the hotel.
Tool allowance: $75 every 2 years for kitchen staff.
