Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 5, 2017, to May 31, 2019. Signed on Feb. 5, 2017.
Shift premium: $1 per hour multi-skilling bonus. 105% of journeyman base rate for lead-hand. 115% of journeyman rate for foreman. 125% of journeyman rate for general foreman. $3 per hour for chief steward. $2 per hour for steward. $0.50 per hour for first-aid ticket with CPR, leadership for safety excellence. $1.25 per hour for construction safety officer. 
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 14 days to start. 6% each paycheque.
Meal allowance: $25 or meal if employee required to work after 12 hours per day.
Medical benefits: Employer contributes $2.35 per hour.
Pension: Employer contributes $3.78 per hour.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of spouse, common law spouse, child, parents, parents-in-law, brother, sister, grandchildren, grandparents.
Probationary period: 90 days.
Safety shoes: $0.20 per hour.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply safety hats, safety equipment (including gloves, safety glasses, fire-retardant coveralls), rain gear if required.

First year: 60%
Second year: 70%
Third year: 80%
Fourth year: 90%.
Three-year schedule
First year: 70%
Second year: 80%
Third year: 90%.
Two-year schedule
First year: 80%
