Renewal agreement: Effective May 1, 2015, to April 30, 2020. Signed on May 1, 2015.

Wage adjustments:
Effective May 1, 2015: 2.5%
Effective May 1, 2016: 1.25%
Effective May 1, 2017: 1.25%
Effective May 1, 2018: 1.25%
Effective May 1, 2019: 1.25%

Shift premium: 7% of applicable LIUNA Trade Group II hourly wage rate for sub-foreman. 8% of applicable LIUNA Labourer Trade Group II hourly wage rate for FIT. 12% of applicable LIUNA Labourer Trade Group II hourly wage rate for foreman. 15% of applicable LIUNA Labourer Trade Group II hourly wage rate for composite crew foreman. 17% of applicable LIUNA Labourer Trade Group II hourly wage rate for senior foreman. 45¢ per hour when employees are required to work with a bosun chair or swing stage.

Paid holidays: 11 days.

Overtime: Time and one-half.

Meal allowance: Meal provided after 2 hours’ overtime.

Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.

Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours at applicable premium rate of pay.

Uniforms/clothing: Employees must provide, at their own expense, suitable clothing for the performance of their regular duties.
Employees are required to wear protective clothing and use protective equipment. The employer will provide rainwear as required. The employer will provide appropriate protective clothing when employees are required to perform abnormally dirty and/or corrosive work that could permanently damage their clothes.

Editor’s notes: Union dues: 40¢ per hour in Ontario Provincial District Council working dues will be deducted and remitted to the Labourers’ Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada, along with pension contributions. Travel allowance: $27.05 per day. $27.32 effective May 1, 2016. $27.59 effective May 1, 2017. $27.87 effective May 1, 2018. $28.15 effective May 1, 2019.
