Renewal agreement: Effective Jan 5, 2017, to Dec. 31, 2019. Ratified on Jan 5, 2017. Signed on Dec. 15, 2016.
Shift premium: $0.70 per hour for all work between 5 p.m. and 7 a.m. When 50% or more of shift falls within these hours, premium will be paid for all hours of shift.
Paid holidays: 11 days, plus one-half day on working day before Christmas Day. 
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks to start, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 25 years, 7 weeks after 30 years. 1 week may be carried forward per year, maximum 6 weeks total for employees with 3 weeks’ vacation; 2 weeks per year for employees with 4 weeks’ vacation.
Overtime: Double time for all work after regular hours, work on regular days off and emergency hours. May be banked, maximum 160 hours.
Pension: Employees will contribute minimum 2.5% of employer’s contribution to ENMAX Pension Plan
Bereavement leave: 7 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, same-gender spouse, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, stepbrother, stepsister, grandchild, guardian, mother-in-law, father-in-law, foster child, ward, brother, sister, related dependant living in household of employee, grandparent of employee or spouse.
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours’ pay at double time.
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year.
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay per year of service for up to 5 years’ service; 2.5 weeks’ pay per year of service, maximum 52 weeks after 5 years’ service.
Mileage: Reimbursement at Revenue Canada’s current maximum rates.
