Calgary (93 craftpersons, technicians) and the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees and Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States its Territories and Canada (IATSE), Local 212

Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2020. Ratified on Dec. 13, 2017. Signed on Dec. 20, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2020: 2%
Shift premium: $7 per hour for each hour worked between midnight and 6 a.m.
Paid holidays: 10 days. 
Vacations with pay: 6% per cheque for vacation pay. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day, double time after 12 hours per day, triple time after 14 hours. 
Meal allowance: Employees will be provided with coffee, cold water or other non-intoxicating beverages by employer.
Pension: Employer contributes minimum 4% for RRSP to union. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of spouse, parent, father-in-law, mother-in-law, child, brother, sister, grandparent, grandchild, former guardian, ward, fiancée, any relative who has been residing in same household (relative includes person related by marriage, adoption, heterosexual, same-sex, common-law). 2 additional unpaid days for burial outside province. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 12 weeks. 
Mileage: $0.53 per kilometre.
