Shift premium: B737 ground or flight training: $135 per day. Line indoctrination: $95 per day. Line check: $135 per day. Airborne or simulator check: $195 per day. ATR ground or flight training: $115 per day. Line indoctrination: $90 per day. Line check: $115 per day. Airborne or simulator check: $165 per day. Effective Jan. 1, 2018, these amounts will increase by $5 per day.
Paid holidays: 9 days. 
Meal allowance: Hourly meal allowances provide for flight crew members away from home base. Effective Jan. 1, 2016: $3.07. Effective Jan. 1, 2017: $3.12. Effective Jan. 1, 2018: $3.20. Effective Jan. 1, 2019: $3.25. US$100 per day for each day spent outside of North America.
Dental: Employer pays 50% of premiums.
Sick leave: 15 days per year.
STD: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Pension: Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan. Employer contributes 2% in first year, 3% in second year, 4% in third year, 5% in fourth year.
Uniforms/clothing: Company will provide to B737 crews: 1 blazer, 2 pants, 8 shirts, 1 flight suit, 1 pair of epaulettes, 2 ties. Company will provide to ATR crews: 2 flight suits, 1 pair insulated coveralls, 1 pair of epaulettes, 1 pair of windpants, I down vest. Employer, employee will share costs on 1 overcoat, 1 parka, 1 pair of windpants for B737 crews, and 1 parka for ATR crews.

Editor’s notes: Northern living allowance: $750 per month when flight crew member moves out of company-provided housing. $600 per month for those living in western Arctic bases. Parking: At Ottawa, Yellowknife, Edmonton, the employer will provide each flight crew member with free parking and transportation to and from the departure facility. Medical, licence, passport allowance: All flight crew members younger than 60 will receive $25 per month, those older than 60 will receive $45 per month to help offset costs of Transport Canada medical, ECG and licence validation certificate fees. Moving fees: Company will provide maximum $1,500 toward moving costs, maximum 15,000 pounds of freight costs.
